Do you work on LG's smart appliances?
Yes — wifi connectivity and smart diagnostics are part of what we check, alongside the mechanical and sealed-system components.
Do you carry LG parts on the truck?
Common failure parts, yes. Less common components are sometimes ordered in advance once we know your model.
Does the heat affect an LG linear compressor?
It affects any compressor, linear included. A compressor’s job is to move heat out of the cabinet and into the room, and when the room is already 110°F the gradient it works against shrinks, so run time climbs and the unit never gets its off cycle. That is hardest on a garage or patio installation. We check where the unit lives and how clear its condenser is before treating a long run time as a compressor fault.
How much does LG range hood repair cost?
It depends on the fault. We charge a flat diagnostic fee and provide a firm, written quote before any repair work begins — see our
repair pricing page for typical ranges.
Will repairing it affect my LG warranty?
If your unit is still under its original manufacturer warranty, repairs should go through LG's authorized service network to keep that coverage intact. We specialize exclusively in out-of-warranty repairs, and we'll tell you plainly if we think your unit may still be covered.
How fast can someone get here?
Most Phoenix calls are scheduled same-day or next-day, with a specific arrival window rather than an all-day wait.
Do you offer a warranty on the repair?
Yes — every repair includes a written warranty of up to 1 year on the parts and labor performed.
